What does the conversion include?

Our kit for converting the Progress 850/900 to the MonoRoll HE includes:

• MonoRoll internal assembly: Complete rotor and main shaft, roll (corrugated or dimpled), die, dust plate, feeder, die reinforce ring and die cover.
• Advanced cooling system: Optimally cools main shaft bearings and regulates temperature.
• Auxiliary tools: Roll and/or die change kit, including hydraulic tools.
• New transmission: V-belt pulleys and belts to reduce die speed and increase efficiency.
• Heavy duty lifting equipment: For safe (dis)assembly of rotor and main shaft, die and roll. The system has a minimum lifting capacity of 3200 kg.
