PTN ‘s Progress MonoRoll HE is an extremely stable, robust and refined pellet mill. More than 50 years of experience in development, engineering and production ensures top quality and continuity. The partially patented innovations offer a unique price/performance ratio. A technological concept ensures an even distribution of the enormous mechanical forces on the heavy bearings of the solid main shaft and intermediate shafts. Two-stage transmission via V-belts and timing belts. Combined with the well-balanced drive, the robust frame ensures that the pellet mill remains stable and vibration-free throughout the production process.
Following a long period of trials at trusted PTN customers – combined with a comprehensive evaluation performed by two independent experts: German research institute IFF and more recently Zetadec – the Progress MonoRoll HE pellet mill is ready to make a real impact.
Ultimately, the Progress MonoRoll offers the potential to produce with a much higher capacity and more output, but with a lower input of energy and labour.
