There are circumstances to give preference to a vibrating-cylinder sifter. To give an answer on this inquiry PTN developed the vibrating-cylinder sifter. This sifter is so special against other cylinder sifters by the vibrating movement of the cylinder-housing. The big advance is the high sifter efficiency and the sifterwire is selfcleaning. The sifterwire mounted on the cylinder is easy removable by an ingenious construction. 
Inside the cylinder are transport plates mounted. These plates are adjustable. The rotating speed of the cylinder is variable too by a variable gear drive. 
Output of the sifter is depending from the kind of material what is used.
