Superrotor Sifter

The patented SuperRotor Sifter from PTN provides high efficiency separation by all kind of screening applications. Depending on purpose, the sifter is available in 3 variaties. With its very low height the SuperRotor Sifter can be fitted in existing as well as new plants. As the screening system provides a compact, fast, efficient and accurate method of size separation it is usable for screening in connection with pelleting, raw materials, bulk delivery and as structure/prescreening system at the grinding system.

Product description:

The sifter is built of two units. A square welded vibration housing with 4 dampers for direct 4 points mounting, equipped with the sifterunit. Direct on the housing foundation for mainmotors there has been mounted motors for the rotation speed as well as the vibrating movements.

The round screeningsystem with central inlet is built in the cylindric sifterhouse. The product leaves the sifter through the conical central outlet. The sifterhouse is fitted to the housing by 4 bolts.

As product encounters the screening surface centrifugal force from the rotating screen softly moves the product across the vibrating screening surface.

The variable speed motor controls the rotation of the screen which in turn controls the speed that the product is travelling across the screening surface. A constant speed motor provides the vibrating motion. The small particles and fines passing through the screenmesh are removed by the fines drag system rotating with and below the screening surface.

Advantages of the Superrotor Sifter:

Compact, light and easy to install.

Adjustable capacity.

Screening surface with curved/parabolic shape.

Screens vibrating in both the vertical and the horizontal level.

Screened material discharge by gravity.

Extra: - Automatic screencleaning.

Stainless steel.

The SuperRotor Sifter is available in the following models:

SR-S Singledeck, one screenmesh.

SR-D Doubledeck, for both large and smaller particles.

SR-C Changedeck, provides essentially two singledeck's in one compact package.
