  Crumbler
The crumbler from Pelleting Technology Nederland
has been developed to produce high quality crumbles in pig-, poultry-,
fishfeed and other products where there is a demand for high uniform
reduction of particle size with a minimum of fines.
To achieve the highest reliability by operation, all
crumblers are equipped with feeder/distributor roller, capacity
regulation and seperate drive on each roller, as a standard.
Product description:
Housing built heavy welded sheetmetal with integrated
pneumatic operate diverter for bypassing the rollers by production of
pellets.In- and outlet with flangeconnections. House with
foundation for direct 4-point mounting. Foundations for mainmotors
fitted on the housing. Separate drive for each roller and feedroll. To
ensure stable operation the big rollers are aligned in heavy outside
bearings.To protect against damage of rollers caused by
foreign objects, one of the rollers can part. To achieve quick, accurate
reposition and uniform operation, the partable roller is equipped with
spring mechanism.The crumbs are produced as the product passes through
the big rollers. Two adjusting screws and accurate read out of distance
accomplish the gab setting.
